![]() ![]() ![]() I've also set the Xbox 360 to output in 720p, as that should help some, as I understand it. I've got HDMI into the TV for visuals and optical to my receiver for audio. So how you have the sound set up is probably playing just as much of not a larger factor overall. I am imagining how the sound is hooked up also plays a factor too though, without a doubt.įor example I have my 360 going component into the TV for visuals, and I have an optical cable into the receiver for the sound. Either that, or I just did not realize it, which is a definite possibility. Honestly though perhaps we have a vastly different setup, as I really did not notice much, if anything at all, with lag once I calibrated it to 28. I figure thats what you go by in game, so that is the one to go with. Yep, it makes complete sense, which is why to answer your question, I did it with the visuals of the notes crossing the bar. In terms of playing with the music, the higher one is definitely better, but the visual lag messes me up because the notes I'm playing are beneath the screen by the time it syncs up with the music, if that makes any sense. However, if I strum in time with the sound, the beep, I get an offset of around 150ms, or higher. Did you calibrate it by strumming when the notes crossed the bar, or when the sound should be played?įor example, if I strum in time with the visual of the notes crossing the bar, I get an offset of around 30ms, like you. ![]()
